14-day guarantee

If the membership is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of joining and we will refund the full £25. No explanation required.

How to request one

Email mayfaitstudio@gmail.com from the address you joined with, using the subject line "Refund". Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days.

After 14 days

Because the membership is a one-off payment for permanent access, we do not offer refunds after the first 14 days. Your access simply continues.
